Turn around time to fill orders is 3 days at maximum unless we message you otherwise. We always try to keep a decent stock on hand, but if you need custom work, that takes a few days and can be a little more consuming, and we will always communicate what that will take.

Refunds are a case by case basis, we do hope you enjoy our products and services. If the post office loses your order, we will always gladly replace it at no charge to you- it is not your fault. We keep our faith that they deliver your product unharmed. Once it's in your mailbox, it's up to you. Keep in mind heat and cold can damage our products, we cannot be responsible for mother nature's affects. Retrieve your package as soon as you can if extreme weather is a factor. 

Please always take care to test any of our bath and body products on a small area of your skin before using fully, as we don't know other's allergies, and are not responsible for any adverse reactions that may occur. Also, READ the ingredients we list on the site, we do so for your protection and so that you don't waste money on something you cannot use. 

ALWAYS burn our votive candles in a votive holder, or similar size vessel and NEVER leave unattended. We cannot be held responsible for misuse of fire. 

Also, We do our best to supply you with intention filled products and services,  but we do not guarantee a specific outcome. We have tools- the work is up to you to achieve your desired outcome. We ask that you always use your best judgement in what is the best and highest for you, and do  your best to achieve what you seek. We are not responsible for the outcome of your soul work, your intention and desire settings and the outcome of such things. Only you are - remember - truth of intent is what sets the pace of your life. It's all within self. We merely make the tools. Best and highest to you!
